Who Is TLC ESTATE And What Is Our “House Finders Fee” Program?

We’ve been a part of JoCo community for years and are passionate about helping homeowners out of their “sticky house situations” by purchasing their house for a fair price. It’s a win-win-win solution for all.

Throughout the years, we’ve honed an effective system to assist homeowners in distress, a cornerstone of our local Johnston County House Buyer Program. How Our House Finders Cash Incentive Program Works

Really, it’s much simpler than you think.

You find properties that fit our simple buying criteria.
Send them to us (through our simple online form).
If we end up buying the house, we’ll pay you $1000 – $1,500 “finders fee” within 7 days.

Once you submit a property to us (with basic info), we then dive in and do the research, connect with the seller, and see if we can strike a deal. We process all of the paperwork and do all of the work… you just get a finder’s fee check once we close for telling us about that property.
